Abstract
Corruption
is a very bad crime that hurts the state's finances and the health of the
people. This study aims to analyze the law enforcement process pertaining to
self-enrichment and/or the enrichment of others in corruption-related offenses
within the Maluku archipelago, focusing on the geographical characteristics and
structural elements that influence the effectiveness of its administration. The
questions examined are: How effectively does law enforcement mitigate corruption
offenses such as self-enrichment and the enrichment of others in the Maluku
archipelago?
