The government has established the Indonesian Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Legal Protection for Domestic Workers (PRT). The regulation stipulates that the User (employer) and PRT must make a written or verbal employment agreement that outlines the rights and obligations that can be understood by both parties and is known to the Head of the Neighborhood Association or by another name in the area where the PRT works.
